City Temple - The Church

The Vision…
To glorify the Father by making and equipping disciples of Jesus Christ
to advance the Kingdom of God in the City and the World in partnership with other like-minded Christian Ministries through Prayer Community Worship Outreach and Training
In the power of the Holy Spirit

God has called City Temple in the Citadel Vision above to develop an urban international Christian fellowship in the City of London that will glorify God the Father by making and equipping disciples of Jesus Christ. City Temple will do this by serving as a resource for the extension of God’s loving rulership in the City and the world and by serving as a refuge for the healing and development of God’s people. We will serve in partnership with other like-minded Christian ministries through prayer, community, worship, outreach, and training in the power of the Holy Spirit.

As a "Citadel", we are called to be a blessing for the City and the world. We want to train and equip people to be vital Christians in the workplace and at home. We want people to experience the Holy Spirit in order for them continue the ministry of Jesus Christ in the world around them. We also hope that City Temple will become a refuge for people. A place of healing, freedom and hope that will allow people to grow in their relationships, both with other people and with God.

We are on a journey of faith together, learning to walk with Jesus. Everyone is welcome to join us in that journey. People from all nations, walks of life, ages, or stages in their relationship with Christ are encouraged to come to City Temple. Greater diversity allows us to better worship God as the Body that Jesus intended. We hope that you can join us for a time of worship or fellowship during the coming week. Sunday services are held from 10:30. We also have an evening programme directed at fellowship held on Thursday evenings beginning with dinner at 18:45 and continuing with worship and training until 21:00.
